Today, there is no established global community or content brand that is taking its members into the web3 future and claiming leadership status in covering the future of the Experience Economy and Experiential Marketing.

And there is no entity taking that community into a web3 future with web3 principles.

The Expers is doing both.

Now is the time to own the voice of the new (diverse) generation of experience creators, providers, producers and researchers.

A First-of-Its-Kind

The Expers is a web3-powered collective of experts working in the Experience Economy that provides the brainpower and energy to drive it into the future.

Our mission is to use web3 principles to galvanize and inspire the largest scope of practitioners working in the industry

And to be the new voice of experiential.

The Expers meets on an invite-only Discord channel to:

  • Co-create our ‘zine called The Experientialists
  • Meet and discuss on chat and video channels, IRL in various cities and at an annual hangout

  • Develop our own IP to release to the world

Membership NFTs

We will release a limited number of NFTs every year for membership purchase.

  • Our leadership team will walk each member through the process of using bank transfers or credit card payments.
  • Members can buy an additional NFTs for their brand partners and clients.

The NFT unlocks all channels on The Expers Discord for members to use, including the ‘zine, talent searches and help with pitches, concepts and RFPs.

As NFT holders, members can resell their NFTs after one year, potentially for a profit. They can buy more NFTs at anytime.

Founding Members

We have an early-adopter cohort of 100+ experts ready to join as founders at launch.

These early founders will be granted a membership NFT and will be able to give two more NFTs to colleagues of their choosing.

Following a modest growth rate, we expect to have 500+ global experts within 12 months.

  • This makes The Expers one of the largest Experience Economy “agencies” on the planet, becoming a de facto global decentralized workforce for the Experience Economy.
  • The Experientialists also becomes the leading publication and thought-leader in the Experience Economy, rivaling established “old guard” imprints like Event Marketer and BizBash.
  • This is a massive opportunity to own Experience Economy social media….no one media property is doing social well in this space…and drive social conversations within the industry.

EXPER Coins

$EXPER coins are awarded to members on the Discord channel for posting and participating.

Typical “tip” amounts are:

  • 10–20 tokens for small tasks like sharing links and posting on Discord
  • 50–100 for larger participation like writing short pieces and case studies
  • 100–1000 for bounties like organizing IRL meetups, creating Discord tools and running working groups

Accumulation of $EXPER tokens allows members to participate in governance, profit sharing and leadership roles.

Our ‘Zine: The Experientialists

Our ‘zine is the bleeding-edge, rabble-rousing voice of marketing and advertising in the Experience Economy.

We fearlessly cover and serve industries, brands and organizations that rely on experiential communication and design to inspire people and propel culture.

It is collaboratively created by proven industry experts to guide today’s business leaders into the future of brand experience and positive impact.

We are on a mission to make the Experience Economy more sustainable, equitable and future-facing. No punches are pulled. There are no “pay to play” formats or models.

Our contributors and staff are global thinkers and C-suite leaders who are tapped in and communicate with impact. We focus on long-form thought pieces and in-depth interviews. Think Economist meets mid-70s Rolling Stone.

Our ‘zine is available free to all EXPERS members. There will be 12 issues each year, plus special editions and reports.

The 40–60 page PDF is a rival to the staid publications currently serving the Experience Economy industry.

An annual subscription of the ‘zine is available for $1000 on our website for all non-members. Issues of the ‘zine will also be sold as NFTs at a floor price of .03 ETH each.

Proceeds from ‘zine subscriptions are redistributed to Expers every quarter.

What Other IP Do We Want to Develop?

That will up to the community. But we have some thought-starters.

The Expers will vote on a project or problem to work on that pushes the boundaries of experiential marketing activations or approaches. The output will be a comprehensive strategic, creative and executional plan that is vetted and budgeted for immediate implementation. Examples could be:

  • Reinventing the Cruise Ship Experience
  • The Future of Sports Sponsorship Activation
  • The AR/VR Playbook for the Hospitality Industry

We could also invent new products or activations together. They can be entirely new products or ideas/concepts that a member always wanted to do but didn’t have the team to do it. The output will be a comprehensive strategic, creative and executional plan that is vetted and budgeted for immediate implementation. Here are a few examples for context only:

  • The Happiness Machine: An Immersive Light and Sound Booth to De-Stress and Inspire
  • The Meow Wolf of Sports: A Massive Immersive Experience for Fans of All Sports
  • The Tiny Bar: Repurposing Old Motels for a Private, Contactless Drinking Discoveries

The outputs are packaged as an NFT (1/1 through 5/5) and sold on marketplaces for a set price. All proceeds from the sales are redistributed back to the community of The Expers.
